چکیده
Background: There is a knowledge gap in systematic reviews on the impact of opioid agonist treatments mental health. Objectives: We compared health outcomes between different and placebo/waitlist, opioids themselves. Methods: This meta-analysis randomized clinical trials (RCTs) was pre-registered at PROSPERO (CRD42018109375). Embase, MEDLINE, PsychInfo, CINAHL Complete, Web Science Core Collection were searched from inception to May 2020. RCTs included if they agonists with each other or placebo/waitlist treatment patients use disorder reported least one outcome after 1-month post-baseline. Studies psychiatric care, adjunct psychotropic medications, unbalanced psychosocial services excluded. The primary overall symptomatology, e.g. Symptom Checklist 90 total score, placebo/waitlist. Random effects models used for all meta-analyses.Results: Nineteen studies narrative synthesis 15 quantitative synthesis. Hydromorphone, diacetylmorphine (DAM), methadone, slow-release oral morphine, buprenorphine, among interventions. Based network outcomes, buprenorphine (SMD (CI95%) = ?0.61 (?1.20, ?0.11)), DAM (?1.40 (?2.70, ?0.23)), methadone (?1.20 (?2.30, ?0.11)) superior waitlist/placebo health. Further direct pairwise indicated that improved more (?0.23 (?0.34, ?0.13)).Conclusions: Opioid improve independent services.

BACKGROUND While a number of pharmacological interventions exist for the treatment of opioid use disorder, evidence evaluating the effect of pain on substance use behavior, attrition rate, and physical or mental health among these therapies has not been well established. We aim to evaluate these effects using evidence gathered from a systematic review of studies evaluating chronic non-cancer pa...

متن کاملThe effect of quercetin on stress The Effect of Quercetin on Stress Oxidative Markers: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis of Randomized Controlled Clinical Trialsers; A systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized controlled clinical trials
Background: Quercetin is one of the main flavonoids, overall distributed in plants. The antioxidant capacity of quercetin is several times vitamin E and glutathione. This systematic review and meta‐analysis of randomized controlled trials were performed to determine the effect of quercetin on oxidative stress (OS) markers. Methods: A literature search was conducted in PubMed, ISI Web of Science...

Background: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a chronic respiratory disease, which reduces the lung function and causes respiratory symptoms over time, and it is primarily associated with shortness of breath, cough and sputum production. Roflumilast, which is a long-acting selective inhibitor, reduces the anti-inflammatory effect of the main symptoms of COPD. The aim of ...

Background and Purpose: The dapagliflozin’s safety profile in insulin-treated adult type-1 diabetes mellites (T1DM) patients remains poorly explored. Therefore, this systematic review and meta-analysis compared the risk of all-cause side effects, study discontinuation of participants due to side effects, urinary tract infection (UTI), diabetic ketoacidosis, and hypoglycemia between dapagliflozi...
